3. Calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Calls and WhatsApp messages initiated from a profile go directly to the listed practitioner or firm through your telephone or messaging provider. Amicus does not receive the contents of those conversations merely because you used a contact button, although the platform may record that the button was selected as an analytics event.
